WHOLESALE POLICIES:
Q: HOW DO I SET UP AN ACCOUNT AND PLACE AN ORDER?
A: You must register an account online and then e-mail Sales@Toofastclothing.com and ask to be switched over to “wholesale” status. Please provide your tax id# , business name, address, website (if applicable), and a picture of your store front (if applicable) in the e-mail. Once your account is approved you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
Q: WHO IS ELIGIABLE FOR A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT?
A: Any physical retail store or online store. Your company MUST be an actual company and you will be asked to provide your tax id # when registering your account.
Q: DO YOU OFFER DROPSHIPPING?
A: No we do not.
Q: HOW DO I SEE THE WHOLESALE PRICES?
A: After your account has been activated you will be able to login and view pricing and place orders online.
Q: HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
A: Once you are logged in just browse our site and add any merchandise you like to your shopping cart. Your order must reach the $300 USD minimum or you will not be able to check out. Once you are happy with your order hit the checkout button. If you are satisfied with your order complete the checkout instructions.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?
A: We have a $300.00 total minimum order amount, and for all first time orders we require a minimum of 4 of each design (not style) ordered, open sizes. For example Hot Shorts - Green Zombie 3-Small AND 1- Medium
Q: WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
A: Once your order is ready to ship, your credit card will automatically be charged. Note that if there are items you have pre ordered for another season, they too will automatically be charged when they are ready to ship. You will have to fill out a Credit Card Authorization form before opening an account, which agrees to these terms above.
Q: HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER?
A: Most wholesale orders ship within 2 weeks of the date the order was placed, some will ship sooner and if it is an especially large order it may take up to a month. If you have pre-ordered for another season, please note the estimated ship date for those items.
Q: CAN I GET IT FASTER?
A: This depends on an order to order basis. For all expedited orders, please contact your wholesale rep right away with your order number and we will be able to let you know if your order can be completed by the date you need it. Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK?
A: If an item is on sale and out of stock, if will not ship and not be back ordered and you are not charged for it. If an item is temporarily out of stock (like t shirts) you will be contacted by your rep on weather or not to back order the item for later delivery. If you pre-ordered an items, it will be back ordered until available.
Q: CAN I USE PAYPAL?
A: Yes. If you wish to use Paypal, in the order notes section at the bottom of your shopping cart, please provide us with your Paypal account email address. When you are checking out, under the payments section, select “PO” to bypass the credit card requirements.
Q: CAN I PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER?
A: We do not accept company checks. Money Orders are ok in certain situations. Mostly we prefer Credit Card, Paypal, or Wire transfers.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
A: If an item is defective or received incorrectly please contact your sales Rep. Otherwise we do not accept returns on merchandise.
Q: DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
A: Yes.
